Il giorno 28 luglio, l'USRC ha ricevuto la visita di Tomoyuki Mashiko che, con l'Università Waseda di Tokyo sta studiando il processo di ricostruzione in Italia, in particolare la modalità seguita in Emilia Romagna e In Abruzzo per il riconoscimento dei contributi pubblici, la pianificazione e più in generale la strategia messa a punto per la rinascita dei centri colpiti. Il team di cui il ricercatore giapponese fa parte, ha condotto importanti studi sul dopo sisma nella città di Fukushima, interessata nel 2011 da un forte sisma e dal conseguente disastro nucleare.
Come già in altre occasioni, l'USRC fornisce il proprio contributo alla creazione di una rete tra istituzioni e mondo della ricerca fatta di soggetti che condividono la missione di ricostruire territori interessati da calamità naturali.
On july 28, the Special Reconstruction Office of the Crater Municipalities – USRC received a visit from Tomoyuki Mashiko, a Japanese researcher who is studying the Reconstruction Processes in Italy, particularly those developed in Emilia Romagna and in Abruzzi, mainly dealing with the public grant admission, the development planning and more in general the strategies introduced for the damaged centres renaissance. The Japanese research team conducted significant studies about the after quake process in the city of Fukushima, stroked by a destructive earthquake in 2011 and by the consequent nuclear disaster.
As in further cases, the USRC provided its own contribution to the creation of a network between institutions and research world, made by subjects that share the mission of rebuild territories interested by natural calamities.
